How to frame textile artwork? / Jak oprawiać tkaninę?
So the other Perfume is ready. And this is another "ready to frame" piece which brings the question "how to frame it?". For me, framing is a perfect solution for small pieces. I like them mounted on passepartout or some other decorative sturdy cartoon. As I just went through one of the older small pieces of mine, I thought it may be good to show you how do I mount it. Najczęsciej montuję je na passepartout albo jakims innym sztywnym, dekoracyjnym kartonie. A ponieważ ostatnio natknęłam się właśnie na swoją starą , małą pracę, postanowiłam pokazać Wam jak ja to montuję. The piece is 17 x 26 cm (with irregular shape!) and passepartout is slightly bigger - 21 x 30 cm.
