The Textile Cuisine

Just a short note today to let you know that May keeps me busy. As you can see I had to prepare some seeds to plant tomorrow at the School of Patchwork - we'll be growing textile gardens! Can't wait to see what my students will do with them. Dzisiaj krótka notka - dużo się dzieje w tym maju. Jak widzicie, musiałam przygotować zestaw nasion na jutrzejsze zajęcia w Szkole Patchworku - będziemy zakładać tekstylne ogrody! Nie mogę się doczekać, żeby zobaczyć co wyrośnie moim studentkom. This is one of the most frequent questions I've been asked - "where do you get your fabrics from?". Of course I don't have any secret source for fabrics. I guess it is the way I use them which makes the impression that my fabrics are something special. So I decided to show you this way using an example of this experimental "Birch Forest".
